Olive Growing – Extra Virgin Olive Oil

With the same dedication as in fishing, and in accordance with the ecological agricultural practices of the European Union, our family members cultivate their own olive groves. Our groves, covering a total area of approximately 2 hectares, are spread across about ten different locations in the "Kualjska intruada" – agricultural land within the municipality of Kali.

Nearly all of our oil is classified as extra virgin olive oil, obtained through cold pressing of indigenous olive varieties: Orkula, Drobnjača, Granbučela, and Levantinka. The oil is characterized by a medium-intensity flavor and aroma reminiscent of green olives, olive leaves, and green almonds.

We primarily produce olive oil for our family and friends, and any surplus is sold directly in our local shop – while supplies last. The oil you purchase is the same one we proudly consume ourselves.

Our olive oil has won gold medals for quality at all major Croatian events such as Noćnjak, Olive Festival Zagreb, Maslina Split, and Olive Days Zadar.
